Booking Information

Deposits & payment

• A non-refundable 50% deposit and a £50 refundable cleaning deposit are required to secure all bookings.
• A signed booking form is also required to secure your booking.
• The remainder of payment is due 5 days before the event date.
• Bookings cannot be cancelled within 7 days of the booking date — any cancellation within 7 days means the deposit is non-refundable.
• A confirmation message will be sent once your deposit has been paid and the Terms & Conditions form has been completed.

What we need from you when enquiring

So we can provide an accurate quotation and check availability, please tell us:

• Date of event
• Time of event
• Location / postcode
• Indoor or outdoor event

A travel charge may be added depending on the distance of the event location.

Booking times

• Bookings run from 10am to 5pm.
• Additional time from 5pm–7pm is available for an additional charge.
• Any bookings beyond these times require an overnight charge (5pm–9am).

Weather & refunds

• Outdoor booking season runs April to September only (weather permitting). We strongly recommend having an indoor alternative available in case of unsuitable weather.
• A wind speed test is carried out when we arrive for set-up. If the wind speed is above 24mph, the bouncy castle cannot be used.
• An indoor replacement may be discussed if available.
• If the weather is unsafe, or the area is deemed unsafe during our safety checks, the deposit is non-refundable.

Age & capacity

• The bouncy castle is suitable for ages 3–12, with a maximum of 6 children on the castle at one time.
• Our soft play is designed for ages 0–5.
• Adult supervision is required at all times.

Rules of play

• Socks on, shoes off
• No face paint or glitter
• No food or drink on the equipment
• No adults or pets on the equipment
• No sharp objects
• No rough play
• No climbing or hanging on the bouncy castle walls
• Adult supervision at all times

Access & set-up

• Please make the space easily accessible for us to load and unload the equipment — unfortunately we’re unable to transport equipment up or down stairs.
• We require pegs to be used to secure all outdoor bouncy castle bookings — please ensure there is sufficient space and the area is clear before we arrive.
• We carry out safety checks while setting up and packing away all equipment.

Damage & liability

• Any damage will result in a further fee to cover the cost of replacing items.
• If equipment is returned in an unsuitable condition, the £50 cleaning deposit will not be refunded, to cover cleaning, damage or replacement costs.
